Here's a rundown of our Thanksgiving week for memory's sake:
Tuesday: Left town after school for K-town
Wednesday: Judd put up Christmas lights at his parent's house. He took a break to take Campbell to Archie's to get a hair cut. Archie started cutting Judd's hair when he was three years old. Bubba, Pop, and Uncle Kenny have all had their hair cut by Archie. Talk about full circle! Other than that, we played all day! Judd and I decorated the traditional turkey cookies that night.
Thursday: Thanksgiving lunch at Me-Mommie and Grandaddy's house. Good food. Fun times with cousins. Football. Cowboys won. A trip to the farm. Leftovers for dinner. Shopping online.
Friday: We spent the day with Pop! (My mom, Kenny, Meike, and Esra went to Colorado to spend Thanksgiving with my Aunt Brenda and Uncle Lee. My dad had to stay behind to watch over one of their dogs who was due to have puppies that week.) We ate lunch at Razoos. Judd and Campbell both ate alligator - Cam was so proud! Then we spent the rest of the day hanging out at their house. It was good to see Pop and we can't wait to see Maw-Maw at Christmas!
Saturday: packed the car...headed home...unloaded the car...got Christmas decorations out of attic...decorated...watched Baylor beat Tech...
Unfortunately, these are the only four pictures I took all weekend long. The kids played football at Me-Mommie and Grandaddy's house on Thanksgiving Day. Campbell was the ring leader. He is all about football right now - he eats, sleeps, and breathes football! Of course he had to put on his uniform!
