3 year stats

Campbell had his three year old check up last week. Dr. K kept telling us she couldn't believe our baby boy is three. Tell me about it! We can't either!

Weight - 36 pounds, 75%, up 5 pounds from last year
Height - 41 1/8 inches, 120% (off the charts!!!), grew seven inches last year!

He will have to see a pediatric urologist in June. I'm not going to go into the details on the blog, but please pray that it's nothing serious.

End of Season Party

Bailey's t-ball team had their end-of-season party last Friday. They ate pizza, played at the park, and got trophies!

Go Scrappers!

Judd and I were skeptical when we heard the kids were getting trophies, until we saw them. It's a bobble-head!!! Too cute!

Children's Choir

Bailey participated in our church's children's choir this spring. We recently had a building dedication service in which the kids sang and did the sign language for "God of Wonders." They were precious! This is just part of the group...I only took pictures of Bailey's side.

The Birthday Boy...he's three!!!

We let Campbell choose where he wanted to go for his birthday dinner. He chose Chili's - his favorite!

He stared at the waiters as they sang "Happy Birthday" to him.

Campell Clark at three years old...
-asks every single day where we are going tomorrow
-if the answer is church, he asks if he has to wear a button shirt
-still so sweet...tells us he loves us out of the blue
-follows his sister's every move
-has a new fascination with Superman and Batman
-wants so badly to play soccer
-HATES bedtime. It's a chore.
-still a Daddy's boy
-but becoming a Mommy's boy
-his mealtime prayer is "God is great, God is great, Amen!"
-is incredibly shy around people he doesn't know (or know very well)
-has to have a book to read while he goes to the bathroom
-is very picky about what he wears and has been known to throw fits over getting dressed
-when he wants our attention he turns our face toward him
-his favorite song is "How He Loves" by David Crowder
-loves playing outside
-will not let us fix his hair (make it spikey)
-his biggest accomplishment this year was becoming completely potty trained at 2 1/2!!!!

You are such a joy...We love you so much!

Last T-Ball Game

Bailey's last t-ball game was tonight. Even though she threw a fit every time she had to put on that Scrapper uniform and the fact that she told us that we shouldn't have signed her up, she really did enjoy herself on the field. She says she's not going to play again next year...we'll see what happens!

Mother's Day

My parents were still in town on Mother's Day because of Campbell's birthday party the day before. We were able to eat lunch together, give Mom her gifts, and take some photos...

3 generations

me and my momma

Judd and the kids gave me the James Avery boy silhouette charm...now that my boy is three years old! I took it to get engraved and while I was there, I also got myself a necklace for the Mother's Love pendant that I was given three years ago by a little boy that I babysat. Happy Mother's Day to me!

my biggest blessings...this was the first time I held both of my babies

Campbell will not be three until Thursday, but we celebrated his birthday with family and a few close friends this weekend. Campbell has wanted to have a Toy Story 3 party for most of the year, which worked out perfectly because he was turning 3!

The invitation (minus our address)

I didn't have to spend much money on decorations because he has so many Toy Story toys!

Last week I was a chaperone for Bailey's kindergarten field trip. We went to the Houston Museum of Natural Scienc in Sugarland. We had a great time! I'm so thankful I was able to go! (I am also thankful that I teach 4th grade...those kids wore me out!!!)
